⚖️🚨 Gang Rape of a 16-Year-Old Girl in Bila Tserkva: Prosecution Notifies Two Suspects
Two young men, one of whom is a minor, have been notified of suspicion for the gang rape of a 16-year-old girl (Part 3 of Article 152 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
🔍 According to the investigation:
The suspects, aged 17 and 18, invited their acquaintance to spend time together in a garage in Bila Tserkva. Since one of the individuals was a close family friend, the girl agreed.
❌ Later, when the minor was left alone with the perpetrators, they took advantage of her helpless state and physical superiority to rape her.
🔒 Current status of the attackers:
The suspects have been detained under Article 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine and placed in a temporary detention facility while the issue of choosing a preventive measure is being decided.
⛓️ Both individuals face up to 12 years in prison.
